Lily Hwang is a dynamic leader who provides vision, business strategy, oversight to the operational and general day to day management of client services. In her current role as Vice President of Client Operations, Lily oversees all client interactions over the life of the contract, analyzing daily operational activities, coordinating with the head of Managed Services, Shared Professional Services, Central Support and Sales, to achieve all client-committed goals, service level agreements and promote strong process quality to better meet client and company delivery targets.
Before becoming the VP of Client Operations at Cardinal Mark, Lily was the VP of Deployment and Client Services at Firm58. Prior to Firm58, Lily was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Practice at Accenture where she led consulting engagements with top retail brokerage houses. She brings a wealth of hands-on experience in broker/dealer merger initiatives such as migrating a complete in-house back office processing system and replacing an entire suite of front and middle office/trading systems.
Lily earned an MBA from Tulane University and has a BS in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Rochester.
