Chris Randall is an advocate of the Customer, bringing a consultative leadership style that enables the transformation of strategic objectives into tangible results. In his current role as Vice President of Customer Success, he designs and oversees the end to end customer experience delivered to Cardinal Mark customers to ensure they obtain maximum value.
Chris has spent the last 17 years in the Customer Experience industry, most recently as the Chief Customer Officer of ResponseTek, a Customer Experience Management software and services provider. He has personally led and consulted on best practice Customer Experience Programs spanning five continents across numerous industries. Chris is the architect of ResponseTek’s Customer Experience Blueprint© and an active speaker on Customer Experience.
Chris earned an MBA from the University of Alberta and has a BA in Business and Political Science from Graceland University.
